This is an experimental installer and does not represent an official GNU Radio 3.11.0.0 release.
The build was made against GNU Radio main with commit ID 721e477cdb4ed22214ed886d6063cff2dac7d0b5.

Known Issues:
- Installer executatuable is considered untrusted by Windows
- Missing support for intree modules
  - testing-support
  - gr-iio
  - gr-video-sdl
  - gr-zeromq
  - gr-soapy
- gnuradio-companion only support GTK GUI
  (bundle is missing qtpy and some of its binary dependencies)
- gnuradio-companion.exe found in '<install dir>\bin' is intended for execution
  from within a "GNU Radio Command Prompt" ('<install dir>\bin\gnuradio-prompt.bat')
- gr_*.exe, gr_*.bat, gr_*.py launchers report missing python modules
  (most notably matplotlib)
